The Case for a Linen Blazer
How to wear it with what you already own
If you’ve every felt like blazer’s are too stiff or corporate for you, a linen blazer is the perfect gateway to entry because the relaxed fabric resolves this fear. It’s unfussy and a little slouchy but the tailoring elevates any outfit. We found some great options (and they’re all under $200)…
We love a linen blazer this time of year when you need a light layer. It’s easy, it travels well, and is one of those pieces that works across almost everything already in your closet.
Throw it over a dress (or skirt and top) when you want a little coverage but still feel like it’s Spring. This one is 40% off and comes in Tall and Petite (we love the ruched 3/4 length sleeves).
This double breasted linen blazer is so luxe you won’t believe the price. It looks great in a tonal situation with a square neck tank (this one is the best), white or ecru jeans and a thin brown belt like this perfect one which would look cute over a single breasted blazer too.
Wear it with shorts or linen pants and lean into that relaxed, slightly undone look that somehow still feels pulled together.
Of course you can’t go wrong pairing it with jeans and a simple tee. It seems way to easy, but suddenly the whole outfit feels considered. This minimalist, clean single breasted one is a great price and would work in pretty much any scenario.
We’ve talked about this one from Zara before that thankfully it continues to be available year after year. It comes in so many colors and is pretty much perfect (and under $80).
